Returns

We are committed to a great customer experience. As per ūüá¶ūüáļ¬†Australian¬†Consumer Law, you are legally entitled to return unwanted or defective items within 30¬†days.¬†If you are not satisfied for any reason just notify us and return the item within¬†30 days from the day you receive your order. No questions asked, no explanation necessary! You will receive a full refund excluding shipping cost. However, We want to ensure you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we aren't either. That's why we offer you 365 days to return any unwanted items back to us,¬†if you are not satisfied with your purchase(s).¬†All you have to do is make sure that the items you wish to return are unused, unwashed and undamaged.¬†

You must contact us to arrange the return.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund or exchange on receipt.

If you wish to return the item please ensure you use a recorded delivery service. 

For warranty claims we will aim to repair or replace your item where possible.

 HERE'S HOW YOU CAN RETURN UNWANTED ITEM(S)

There are two ways you can arrange to return unwanted items back to us:

A) Post Small Items Back To Us

                        

Post all unwanted items within 365 days of purchase for a refund*. 
It's advisable to choose a reliable courier where you can track your items as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the process of returns. 

B) Arrange for Us To Collect Bulky Items

label sent to you via email. Simply print it off and our drivers will pick
up your items. You will be issued a refund once we receive the items*.

 When returning smaller parcels, please use Registered Post. For larger parcels, you will need to arrange for us to collect your items.  

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When returning any item(s) back to us, they are under your responsibility until we receive them. We advise you to use a courier which provides tracking to ensure that your item does not get lost. Please ensure that returning items are well packed to prevent any damages.

Beelat holds no liability for any damages or defects to goods that are caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. All items that are returned to us will be inspected upon arrival and if an item has been damaged, used or washed, no refund will be made.

*If you are returning any item(s) back to us due to a manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of return. If you are returning an item which does not have any manufacturing fault, you will be liable for the cost of return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
