FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. WHERE IS MY ORDER? CAN YOU GIVE ME AN UPDATE?
As noted on the site and in the emails you should have received, delivery times for "free + shipping" items are around 30-40 days because they come from abroad and are sent via a more economical shipping method (so we don't lose our shirt with these offers!).  All other items take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. If it’s been over 40 days since you placed your order, go ahead and submit a ticket via email. 
2. I NEVER RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL! CAN YOU HELP ME OUT?
Sure! First, please check your spam folder or search your email inbox for an email from "BEELAT SYDNEY PTY LTD." If you don't see one, it's probably because you entered your email in incorrectly when you made your purchase. Go ahead and submit a support ticket to us. 
 3. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Sorry! When an order is placed on our site it goes directly to our suppliers to be         processed. We can't currently do cancellations because by the time we reach our supplier they've usually already put your order into production. We're working on developing a better cancellation system in the coming months.
 4. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, CAN YOU HELP ME? 
Oh no! We'll sort this out for you. If it's been over 40 days since you ordered (our maximum delivery time right now), submit a support ticket to our customer service team by clicking here and we'll look into the status of your order and send you a replacement or refund as necessary! 
5. MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED! WHAT CAN I DO?
We check each order carefully before sending it out but occasionally an order will get damaged during the shipment process. If this is the case, submit a ticket to our customer support team by clicking here and we'll work it out for you. :)
6. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY ORDER IN THE MAIL. CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE THE OTHER ITEMS ARE?
As noted on our shipping page and in your order confirmation emails, we ship directly from different suppliers around the world (in Europe, the US, Asia, Latin America) -- so your order, if you purchased several items, will likely arrive in different packages. Please be patient and the rest of your order will arrive soon!
7. IS IT SAFE TO PROCESS PAYMENTS THROUGH YOU? DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
No payment information is ever saved at Beelat Sydney Pty. Ltd. Your payment info is only stored long enough to process your purchase transaction and when it is completed, the information is deleted and remains private property of the card holder. We use Stripe and Paypal, the leading international payment providers, to process all purchases. In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your private data. You are in a good company. :)
8. HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Simply email us at help@beelat.com within 12 hours. Be sure to include your order number! If you would like to change your design, please also include the name of the new design. Otherwise, if it is the device type, case type or colour that you would like to adjust, please also let us know the details in an email. :)
9. DO YOU HAVE AN EXCHANGE POLICY? 
We understand that picking the right product might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened product for something else you want!
10. MAY I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We are more than happy to accommodate an exchange of products that have NOT been opened or used, excluding items that are final sale, or products from our sale section. :)
11. HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
To an initiate a return, please contact us first by email at help@beelat.com. Contact must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible. We will then provide our return shipping address where return packages will be inspected and received to start the exchange process. All products must be shipped back unopened, in original packaging and condition or an exchange cannot be issued. 
We are not responsible for lost return packages through the post, so we advise that all returns and exchanges are sent to our facility, tracked. :)
12.DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Exchange items will be shipped at no additional cost. We are not responsible for any lost return packages so we advise that all returns and exchanges are sent back to our facility, tracked. Please obtain proof of postage and hold onto the tracking number for reference.
*Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
13.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
Once the returned item(s) has been successfully returned to our facility, we will start processing the reshipment of the new item. You will receive a new order confirmation and shipping notification to follow the progress of your exchanged order.
14. I've MISSED A PROMOTION CAMPAIGN FOR A RECENT ORDER I PLACED. CAN I STILL ENJOY THE OFFER?
Please let us know by email at help@beelat.com, we would wish to know the order number of yours and also the discount code/offer that you are after. We will be more than happy to evaluate what you have and honour the offer if it is deemed applicable. We apologise, but we are unable to apply the adjustments retrospectively 5 days after date of an order, or the promotion expiration date, whichever comes earlier.
